The people in the company were very helpful and polite. Pick-up and drop-off easy and nice. They do all the pictures of your boat after return, including diver. Feel free to describe all the damages in the boat, they do the protocol of this things.
The boat itself had a lot of scratches and smaller or bigger damages. Probably, it was the end of charter season, but the boat is not new for sure. The bow thruster did not work at all, what can be a little bit problematic for the boat of this size, especially in narrow ports. Autopilot did not work as well.
