Dream Yacht were professional and helpful and provided a good service.
The boat Hegoak was extremely under-specified. It lacked many basic facilities that any hirer would expect in 2025. The owner had added almost nothing to the basic yacht meaning there was no sound system, no power winch, no stern deck light, manual only heads, inadequate galley, tiny fridge/ice box, only 2 relatively small heads/shower rooms etc etc. The boat would be entirely unsuitable for 8 persons or for smaller numbers who were used to the most basic of modern facilities found on modern catamarans.
