The biminy of the yacht is too low. I am 1,81 m tall and I couldnt stay upright, still slightly bent.

We are totally unsatisfied, because of the urine smell from the beginning on more or less the whole boat. Port rear cabin is really bad, even in the lockers which were not usable. Starboard rear cabin is the same. The rear bathroom was terrible. I think there was a former issue with the wastewater tank which was not fixed well and the bilge was full of wastewater. I had such a boat once (but with much less urine smell) and I'm sailing for 20years. When we took over the boat it was even dirty everywhere. Dirty mattresses in all cabins with hair on it and yellow stains. Hair is also on the floor and in the shower. Dirty tables, dirty surfaces everywhere. Dirty cutlery as well. Half of the steel wire tensioners were not tightened, so the port for ship railing was hanging loose down on day 2. We have a child on board so it was lucky nobody fell in the sea because the railing was not holding anymore. So finally the awfully smell was the biggest issue and I mentioned that at the moment I got under the deck at the takeover last Saturday. But your employee said that this is "normal" but I have enough experience to say it's not. I insisted that he should do something but he did nothing. After we saw all the dirt we went to the office and asked for cleaning and a solution against the bad smell. So they cleaned a bit but did nothing against the penetrating urine smell. We did not throw a single piece of toilet paper in the toilet, only if you are thinking about that. The problem was from the beginning. I never had such a terrible experience with yacht charter. And the summer holiday is only once a year.
