Staff of the Sailing Forever charter company. For the first time everything (papers, check-in, check-out) went in a very polite atmosphere (I already sailed in Croatia circa 15 times). Especially appreciated because there were some technical problems with the boat, and there were many reasons to lose patience. Everyone was professional and kept their emotions in check, and efficiently managed to resolve the problem. Boat was technically in perfect state. Sailing Forever is more expensive than other charter companies, but in my eyes it was fully worth it: safe and nice yacht plus polite client treatment.
