At the check out Charter Novak charged us for a damage on the outside of the shell which we haven`t done. It was obvious that there was a damage before, but they didn`t show us the pictures of the former damage. The learning is to make a lot of picture before the start and have the evidence available. It was only 180,- Euros but it is about the principle. This was last time with Charter Novak.

Novak Charter staff were mostly quite rude. (Except for the young man at check-in). Unfortunately, both sails were not operational when handed over. The jib sail had to be removed for repairs. Which took us about 45 minutes. (The repair takes place very quickly, but it is still annoying when you have paid around €50 per hour for the early check-in). Unfortunately, the boat hook and screw of the outboard motor broke on the way. Of course, we have to be responsible for and pay for any damage caused by us. However, the fact that 3.5 to 4 times the purchase price is charged for this (especially if you have just paid almost €6000) is very annoying and not exactly customer-friendly. At Charter Novak we will no longer charter.

    A well-equipped boat for the crew - air conditioning, waterMaker/desalinator, ice-maker, comfortable beds in the cabins, radio with blue-tooth, speakers with good bass, really a lot of storage space, ideal boat for a family cruise or as a party boat. A self-shifting orca is not ideal for sport yachting, but if half the crew are children then it is a nice thing. The boat is easy to handle, singlehanded sailing is not a problem.
    Nothing major, nothing that couldn't be fixed by the next day / the next week - he left soon / didn't start the engine in the dinghy (even when returning the boat), defective water pump (sometimes it worked even when no one turned on the water (probably a leak from the distribution system)) , defective level gauge in the water tank.
