Very nice and comfortable boat.
Beautiful houseboat, but unfortunately some avoidable flaws. The *Enrika* is fundamentally a really beautiful houseboat, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week on board. It's all the more disappointing that a few issues marred the overall positive impression. Unfortunately, no test drive took place during the handover. There were several defects on the boat itself: the fuel gauge was broken, a side window was missing and only covered with foil, the heating only worked on one side, and the toilet seat and shower fitting in the stern were broken. A back cushion in the stern was also damaged. In addition, a swim ladder was missing. The grill hadn't been cleaned, and the pressure washer from the previous cleaning was still in the stern. The return was also somewhat disappointing: no one showed up at the agreed time. As instructed, we therefore left the key on the boat and departed by 9 a.m. To this day, we are still waiting for the final settlement of the security deposit. We understand that we lost a seat cushion during our stay and are being charged for it – we simply would have appreciated a timely and transparent settlement. **Conclusion:** A great houseboat, and we generally had a wonderful time. However, in our view, there is still significant room for improvement in maintenance, handover, and organization. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to these points, our overall impression of the *Enrika* would have been entirely positive.
