The boat should be better maintained. We got 3-4 times rain and the windows were leaking even the fixed ones! So we get wet our beds, clothes even our documents. The floors of the cabins were filled with water, there was no drain for it. The gas bottle pressure regulator got broken on the 4th evening so we could not use it anymore only after returning to the base marina (I asked for help in Sukosan around 9'o clock, I got promises but the repair man did not arrived until 1 PM).

The introduction to the boat was much shorter than with other charter companies. Checking out via app was a disaster, we had to wait several hours until an employee carried out the checkout and were unable to start the journey home until much later than planned. There were also problems with the electrics on board, so we lost almost half a day on the first day due to repairs.

The cleaning and maintenance

I don't recommend it. Adventure charter Drage needs a lot of work on work organization and mutual communication between its employees. We have announced the arrival and departure several times in advance, in the hope that we will make the organization and schedule easier for the charter and reduce the waiting time. The result is that we waited a long time to check in and out - as if it was not known when we were coming or when we were leaving. At the check-in, I was immediately told that they don't have time to check in together and let me check the ship myself and write down what is wrong with the ship because that is better for me!? We asked (in advance) for life belts for children of 27 and 35 kg, we received belts for a baby of 10 kg and a child of 25 kg, both dirty and worn out, so we could not use the 10 kg belt. The vessel was not cleaned well, so we had to repair it ourselves (toilet and kitchen). The engine is not properly maintained, the parts are worn out. The dinghy was partially deflated, and the Coca-Cola cap stuffed with a dishcloth to prevent sea from entering the dinghy. The foot pump for washing dishes with salt water could not be used because the water came out on the floor so I had to close the valve. I pointed out the problems, however charter refuses to replace or repair. Care for the customer is at a very low level, and care for the ship is even lower. I am a professional sailor, so I was able to check the boat well enough and I had no problems (apart from waiting for 2 hours at the reception) when returning the deposit, however, be careful that the defects of the vessel are not put on your account, because that is the impression I got left Adventure charter.
