The yacht was ready on the time, the marina staff was very helpful as well as the employee of the charter company. The boat was clean, the sails, ropes, and other stuffs was in a good working order. The catamaran had a good lenght of chain of anchor and a good electric windlass for it with a chain counter. The charter company allowed to use the starting marinas mooring place for free for the all week (we haven't used this option but still a nice thing) The yacht has ACs in the cabins which is also nice.
The yacht Chingy Lingy was somewhat smelly because of a previous group dropped toilet paper to the electric toilet. It wasn't a huge problem out of the marina, but it was still an issue. There wasn't any 12 volt sockets on the boat which was highly unusual but it has a genset and 220 volt electric sockets so you can use your 220V equipments while the generator is on. The VHF radio wasn't worked well at all, maybe there is some issue with it, we used some (cheap) handheld radios on the helm to listen channel 16, the small radios was able to listen the transmissions and the VHF of the yacht only got ununderstandable squelches. The wind meter also wasn't working and the deck shower had a broken valve (wasn't in working order)

    I have not given a better score, because I have repeatedly stressed that the air conditioning does not work and for the whole week they have done nothing to fix it. Not because it was so hot in the catamaran, but mainly at night we could have warmed up the environment and not sleep in 12 degrees. I am a skipper and all my clients were mad at me for this reason and want a refund. Hope to have feedback from the charter to keep everyone calm for the future.
