We had some issues with the boat. Some things we already informed the boat company, like one toilet smelled horribly when flushed (apparently a problem with some plumbing equipment), a broken toilet seat cover. Two things i forgot to mention to them- captains seat backrest is broken, and starboard engine was noisy (sounded like a jet engine under load), more than the port side one, they should probably check it. Also some ventilators in the cabins made a loud noise, it wasnt possible to use them when trying to get some sleep.

The boats don't have time to be properly inspected between rentals. Our one toilet was full after a day or so, and couldn't be emptied. Even though we had been careful and hadn't put any paper in the toilet. It was a bit embarrassing to sneak into the other cabins and their toilets in the middle of the night. We contacted Navigare who were supposed to meet us first. But that didn't happen. The shore power didn't work. But after a little troubleshooting we found that the cable was broken. So that was solved. We also had to screw a fan into a bunk, it was just hanging on the cable. The times we didn't have power, it went off after 7 hours. And it continued to go off all night. One of the refrigerators didn't work well. The fastening buttons on some cushions were broken, so we had to tie them to prevent them from blowing overboard. Then there are a few faults that you can be lenient with. But the toilets work, and there is a little more battery capacity! I think it is very important for everyone to feel comfortable on board! As well as replacing some button fasteners that the cushions are attached to, it would not take more than a couple of minutes to replace. Everyone should benefit from that. I hope to be able to rent a boat for a few more years! We know that many, including me, think it is important to have as worry-free an experience as possible. Regards, Lasse Karlsson

Tender: Excellent, large, reliable Dayatsu engine. The lifting system makes it clear that this is not the right dinghy for this boat. The frayed lines indicate that the position of the two steel arms is not suitable for this dinghy. The galley and cabin space are also lacking compared to the Lagoon 39.
