Improve the cleanliness of the galley and cabins upon check-in. There were some minor issues in the bathrooms and in the galley waste bins left over from the previous week. The bed cleaning was good. The sail handling was very disorganized. We had to clear and tidy the running rigging and put it in order because it was returned exactly as the previous rental company had left it. To avoid delays, I allowed them to leave it untouched.
