The staff was great
Unfortunately, the 12v electrics were not working when we arrived. The boat was not plugged into shore power and the solar panels were disconnected. When I asked about it they said that there were electrical problems and the battery voltage was going crazy, up to 16v. The batteries weren’t charged. Unfortunately this ruined our experience. Every day the power on the entire boat went off so we lost all the food in the refrigerators. Another day the windlass didn’t work. And the final day, the engine didn’t start. We flew from the other side of the world for our one week of vacation and this was not what we were expecting. Very dissapointing :(
