Charter company approach! We found a defect when picking up the boat, but the technician did not have a spare part. He offered to bring the part to us and install it the next morning in the bay, of our choice! The next day our rudder completely broke off, luckily we got to the port safely and the technicians repaired the boat that morning so we could sail again.
