Check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. The office staff were very professional and very nice. The mariners were very helpful. When returning the catamaran, the staff noticed damage to the starboard bow, which we hadn't done, but after a phone call with the manager, it was overlooked. The deposit was refunded in full.
