1. The training on the boat was very brief. The charter company staff kept saying I had to go through the online list myself and ask if I had any questions. After checking out, they said we had broken an edge on the boat. Since we were certain this had already happened before, we denied it. The charter company still didn't give us any recourse and simply deducted €200 from the deposit, claiming they would get it back from the insurance company. It was truly cruel to simply blame us for the damage caused by the previous guests.
