Defects to be described and improved: - contrary to assurances, there are no toilets or showers at Punta Nuraghe Pier, - lack of any infrastructure to wait for the yacht to be handed over, - despite assurances from the charter company, it was impossible to order transport to and from the marina, - the nearest grocery store is 1.5 km from the marina, - the yacht’s cleanliness raises serious doubts - despite information provided to the charter company, there was no response or improvement in the cleanliness, - the yacht was handed over with a non-functioning rudder - the repair took two days, so the departure from the marina took place on Monday at 12:00, - non-functioning fill level sensors for the clean water, fuel and septic tanks, - the yacht was handed over with full septic tanks - when the toilets were used, the septic tanks overflowed through the vent valves, - lack of interest from the charter company in the reported problem of the inability to empty the toilets, - handing over the yacht with a non-functioning and leaking freezer, - overall a very poor impression of the condition of the yacht and the service provided by the charter company.

The maintenance Eid the boat was really poor! we asked for early embarkation and we did it but the sailing was done extremely late because the refrigeration system was not working properly. The room lights in one complete side of the boat never work, despite all efforts to make them work Since the start of the sailing, one side of boat had problems with the toilets showing excess of floating toilet waters that smell very bad. We noticed it since the first hour of sailing and even on the last day they were never fixed properly. We never got enough ice because the poor functioning of the refrigerator. The WiFI was patchy and does not work properly as advertised I also want to properly raise the issue we had with the organization: it's hard to believe that we did not have the skipper assigned and hostess assigned until the day before departure, making very hard to properly organize the trip. It was only 18 hrs before the trip that we got their names and contacts. Organizing the places to visit and the menu had to be done 18 hours prior the trip.. that is really unacceptable.
