The charter company was uncomplicated and easy and we got to check in early. The Marina is pretty but the bathrooms were not clean and not working well.
Never had a yacht in such bad shape before. The Mer & Vent was incredibly dirty, gross and broken. It didn't affect sailing tough, sailing wasn't bad for a Bali. But the ridiculous smell and dirt on the whole yacht was unacceptable. There were dried dead mosquitoes on the walls, the bathrooms were super dirty and smelly, the bedsheets full of stains, the kitchen and all the dishes and utensils were gross..... We had to clean the whole boat before we even wanted to touch anything. And so many things were broken, in bad shape, scratched, etc. for example a lot of windows couln't been opened or shut properly, many cabinets were broken, one of the watertanks didn't work, some cushions missing, some falling apart and many more little things.
The service, equipment, information such as tank and water [content], does not match your brochures, at least curtains in the salon or sun blinds. The cleanliness of the boat when handed over was more than bad!!! The swinging door was warped and could not be fixed, a big problem in the worst case, as experienced. 3 weeks of problems, unfortunately big w. Kamper
