The yacht was overall good and we had a great trio, but we had very poor experiences with the chartering company.
We had numerous problems with the yacht: 1. 30 minutes after leaving the marina we had a problem with hydraulic steering not working. We were able to resolve this with manual rudder and eventually the steering worked but it could be a dangerous situation, the technical service was not responsive at all and did not care to find the cause of the problem. We asked for inspection of the system but they were not able to come until next day (it was Sunday) and wanted an additional charge for the inspection. we had again problems with the steering during the week, reported to the chartering company, but they were not concerned to inspect the system to find the cause. 2. The yacht diesel tanks were not full and we had to refuel at the start of the week, losing time. 3. The genoa traveller fell apart (bearings fell out) during sailing, we reported this immediatelly, still at the end of the week they wanted to charge us 150 EUR for it, though this was a result of manufacturers fault or earlier damage we could not have identified at check in 4. The cap of the water plug came off (due to poor gluing I suppose), we kept it, so it could be easily fixed, but they wanted to charge us 100 EUR for this. Overall they clearly wanted to earn additional income by charging us inflated sums for small damages (for which we were not liable) and the assistance provided to fix problems with the boat was definitelly inadequate. This seems to be regular practice - another yacht moored in the marina is having similar issues at check out. Beware of this charter company!
