Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated, and some small issues were fixed on Sunday morning before our departure. The yacht was overall in good condition, and the charter company kindly replaced the self-tacking jib with proper port/starboard jib sheet rigging for us. While the boat was definitely optimized for comfort, not sailing, we easily sailed 6-7 knots when the wind was strong enough, and the yacht barely heeled even close-hauled.
Transit log and other extras can only be paid in cash (even though the damage deposit is taken on credit card). The yacht would have benefited from some simple additions such as actual cockpit lighting (we jury-rigged a headtorch shining through the bimini) and hooks/rails inside for hanging up clothes/towels to dry.
