Excellent commujication with both charter staff and marina personnel. Very helpful and profesional.
The boat is in overall good condition yet the anchor windlass broke down while anchor was down. This in itself is not a big problem as things do break down but turned out the windlass had no manual anchor retrieval mechanism (by design). This forced us to wait for the tech support to arrive on the spot (luckily we were on the same island as charter company tech team).
