Bavaria Cruiser 37 - Emerald: No problems with check-in/out. They use web-app for pre-checkin, check-in/-out. Checkout was very quick, checked main sail, motor, windows, hatches, asked if everything was okay. Marina Drage is new, everything clean, marina is spacious.
Septic (waste) tank is leaking. This is long term issue which is not fixed by charter company as another skipper who had ship weeks ago asked us if they finally fixed that. So whenever possible keep the waste valve opened, otherwise the content is spilled on bottom of the boat. In left stern cabin outer window is leaking water, when raining water is getting in. We let know the charter company, I hope they will fix it as crew from that cabin had everything (including bed) wet after storm we had one night. Chats provided are 20 years old, one part which contains marina was just black&white printout on paper, which was tearing. I have asked charting company to provide acceptable charts, but they have none.

    Marina Drage is not finished and electricity was not available in it. Temporary piers are at the campsite, whose facilities can be used. Parking for yachtsmen is possible only in an unguarded area outside the campsite and was free.
