Very helpful staff at the charter base. The yacht was impeccably maintained, with a welcome snack and an air-conditioned cabin. Handover and return were straightforward. 👍👍👍
Unfriendly staff at the reception of ACI Marina Split. Parking situation: hardly any trolleys for luggage transport. Despite leaving my license plate number and paying the parking fee, I had difficulty exiting the parking lot; be sure to keep the receipt. Even after a week, the reception claimed they could no longer investigate despite my credit card payment.
