The availability of the boat at the agreed time
The data of the crew list were'nt available by the charter company so I was compelled to insert them again on my handy. Nobody told me there were the possibility of a missed engine start. So when it happened it was showed me by phone call how to start the engine pressing an emergency start button wich was'nt showed to me at check-in. No safety belt in the boat. Emergency diesel jerrycan was empty. The handle of the bow cabin door was'nt right fixed, so the door must be open. At check out it was me contested a damage at the main sail hem that was clearly caused by wear. In any case a 20 cm rip was valued 600 € of repair costs without any explanation! The rip appear easy to repair by a sail master by mean of a sew. In any case I could’nt discuss about the value of that damage. Consequently I’m very dissatisfied

    The boat is very nice and very well maintained
    The services provided on arrival: no trolley to carry luggage, an indecent pier of difficult access, exposed to the waves. To bring the garbage (which they do not collect) at the end of the rental you have to take a long walk uphill because there are no bins nearby. The reception girls are kind and helpful but the operations are very bureaucratic and therefore long. The boat at the departure had to be delivered to us by 5pm but we did not get it before 6:30 pm. The day before our return (Friday) we asked what time we should arrive at the marina on Saturday. We were required to arrive no later than 8am, to allow the diver to inspect the boat, but the diver did not show up before 9.20. Maybe they could not make us get up early.

    Poorly organized charter base Marina Drage (Adventure Charter). Lack of information flow when checking in the boat. Very long waiting times. There was no power supply at the jetty either on the day of takeover or 1 week later when the boat was handed over. Sailing yacht technically not perfect (unpleasant smell of faeces in both on-board toilets, gas stove lighter defective, hauling in the mainsail only possible via winch on the mast, etc.).
