The charter company withheld my entire security deposit because of two screws that broke due to metal fatigue. They simply need to be replaced. The screws are only 8 mm in diameter. This is an appalling way to exploit customers. Furthermore, they completely ignored our report that the boat’s black water tank was clogged. As a result, one of the toilets was unusable for the entire charter. The base manager’s attitude and handling of the situation were highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
