Many small defects on the boat (railing wires sometimes wouldn't close, doors were bent and wouldn't close; outside shower not working... - it seemed as if the skipper was supposed to take care of any repairs during the week); once while underway, the engine broke down for several hours (again, no helpful support from the provider; the skipper had to find a solution on his own); gas was removed without prior agreement the evening before the charter, so we couldn't cook and had to go out to eat.

Check-in was done by a young girl who had basically no experience; before that she did check-in only on two boats; this is not critic on her behalf but on management. Unfortunately, she knew the answer to very few questions related to the functioning of the boat and the equipment, so we did most of the inspection ourselves. For example, we were not given information on how to transfer water on taps from one tank to another, so we were left without water on the first day. Some of the key pieces of equipment were not working properly, such as the stern platform, which is why we had to return to the marina on the first day, so that the repair could be carried out the next day. In this way, we lost a day of our charter. Also, the genoa furling drum was not working properly, and the table in the salon had fallen down so that it was impossible to sit around it; raising the table is very difficult and we gave up on that. In short, we believe that the maintenance of the boat should be much better so that once guests set sail, they would not have problems, at least with the key equipment.
