The charter company claimed that they did not have an agreement with me but that my agreement was with Boatarround. They claimed that the price did not include an aftermarket engine. They had said that it was 230 v on board when you were at sea. The boat did not have an electric winch as ordered. The condition of the dinghy was flat, incredibly poor condition and the engine was useless. The boat's batteries for consumption were worn out, so the promised 3-4 days were a maximum of 24 hours with a refrigerator. The boat cockpit had no light. The fridge was disgusting and very leaky. One kitchen cabinet door had fallen off. All the ropes were worn. Cockpit cushions were disgusting. The boat is from 2009 but lacks general maintenance.
