When taking over the ship, the charter company could not show us the records of the bottom of the ship made by a diver. It took them a long time to find the life jackets on board, because they had no idea where they were located. During the first hauling of the mainsail at sea, the pulley broke into two parts, which made it possible to move the boom to the sides (fortunately, no one was hit in the head by the disintegrated parts). Thanks to this, we were unable to sail, as we could not move the boom and could only sail with the head wind. Due to our distance from their port, Charter's company could not come to help us and repair this defect, and even on the basis of our initiative and good will, we were unable to find and repair this part in the other two service centers in the ports. When returning the boat, the charter company accused us of damaging the boat's keel, which we certainly did not cause, and argued that the previous crew had not done it, even though they had no way of proving to us that it was not there before (we asked for a video when sailing, which they did not have) and further claimed that this scratch on the keel was not there and did not want to return the full amount of the deposit. Other customers also had similar bad experiences with this charter company, who mentioned exactly the same problem in Google reviews. Because of this experience, I would not place a boat from this company again, but otherwise we were very satisfied with the model and equipment of the boat :)
