The staff was helpful in general.
The boat was in a very poor condition overall. Except the new sails, it was very much worn, the protective cover on the anchor capstan was missing and wgen asking for it, I was told that it was indicated several times already... Also the winch housing was broken, the shower stand at the back also broken, the shower head as well. Inside the cabinet doors were in very poor condition. The Beneteau Oceanis 46.1 is an excellent boat, but on the "Speechless" from Euronautic it is clearly visible the lack of maintenance.
