The technical handover was unsatisfactory. Angelina's employee couldn't explain the navigation instruments and refused to open the sails. Overall, he seemed very unmotivated. The return was handled by another employee. He inspected everything very carefully and also wanted to see all the fuel receipts (which is generally considered a positive). However, we weren't informed of this during the handover, so we had some difficulty providing proof. At least, the neighboring boat had the same experience, as we learned shortly afterwards.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We initially attempted to resolve problems with the dinghy motor over the phone. When it became clear that this wasn't possible, we were offered the option of sending someone or coming to an Angelina marina and having the motor repaired. We chose the marina; it worked out wonderfully. (They initially tried to charge us, but we avoided this because the starter was a wearing part). We were really pleased with the service. The boat is wonderfully equipped; everything you could possibly need is on board, from clothes pegs to salt and pepper; we didn't miss a thing. Conclusion: All in all, for the price and the age of the boat, it's fine.
The boat is very old, the bimini is splitting at many seams, the mattresses are completely worn and urgently need new ones, the lines to operate the sails/boom etc. are often too short and too thin for the winch, the instruments frequently fail or do not give any readings.
