Friendliness and professional approach of all SeaStar Sailing Team with its full service attitude. So far the best charter firm I have ever seen! The extremely patient and knowledgeable Check in remains unprecedented. The boat was perfectly prepared and absolutely everything worked perfectly. The same applies to Olympic Marina Lavrion.
The gas station waiting time of 1,5 hrs. in front of the marina during high winds and waves was absolutely unacceptable and put serious strain on myself and my crew,. Not a relaxing nor perfect end of a week of sailing and vacation…
Nice reception on arrival! What we got also largely matched what we expected.
The charter company was good, with the exception of a check-in staff who was rude and uninstructed. It felt more like an interrogation, which irritated and spoiled the atmosphere at first. We had a very experienced crew. There were defects on the boat that were known about but had not been fixed, which caused inconvenience to us during the sailing. (The inlet to the genoa broke in a strong wind). Boat maintenance should be done better.
