The check of the boat with the master skipper was fast and efficient.
1. When we checked in, there was no information about when the boat would be ready, just "we will call you...". With other charter companies it was always clear, so you know when to go for shopping. Some staff were very rude, when we decided to place our food in the boat fridge, as it was 35° outside. So low understanding is very disappointing. 2. the boat anchor is really too small, and does not hold. I've never seen a so small anchor for this size of boat.
