The condition of the boat, the external kitchen characteristic of Dufour, the refrigerator on the berth and not in the cockpit, the negligible engine consumption, the accurate and detailed check in.

The client-service experience with the team and technical preparedness of the boat. It was my first charter and I felt really comfortable both at the pickup and the checkout of the boat. Paperwork and conditionals were clearly explained, the technical show around was comprehensive and detailed. I could ask all questions I needed to ask, there was time and attention to detail. The boat was very well equipped, all systems were working!

Both the boat and the SeaStar Sailing crew were great. Alexia was in a perfect condition and very well equipped. We were sailing in a group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers (up to 14 year old) and for it was ok, though I would recommend Alexia for a group of 7 at most, especially if there were more adults onboard. All the necessary kitchen and grill (yes, there is a grill in the cockpit) utensils were on board, sets of snorkeling equipment and even laundry clips. We were offered an option to get a spare gas bottle, we have not taken it and even though we were cooking as we usually do we have not run out of it. There is are usb and 220V (220V usable when connected to shore power) sockets in every cabin. In the cockpit there is a 12V "cigaret lighter" socket so it makes sense to have a your own car phone charger with you. From the long list of the adds-on options we only took the dinghy outboard engine, nothing else seemed to be necessary. Just be aware that towels are not included, we had our own. Sailing was really fun and conditions at the Saronic bay was light and easy. The difficult part of Sailing in Greece is called med-mooring and before chartering you should be aware of that. The rigging ropes are relatively complex though we have managed to learn them eventually. The only small thing I would change with the rigging would be to make ropes coloured (instead of all of them being just ... grey) to make the crew life a bit easier. Besides of that really small thing - sailing was a pure pleasure. The SeaStar folks are open, helpful, easy to talk to and friendly. The check in process was carefully done, as was the check out. Even though it is clear they do take a lot of care about their yachts we got through the checkout process smoothly, openly and without any issues or disputes. Overall - I do really recommend Alexia and SeaStar Sailing.
