The service at Nova Eurospectra. I wasn't treated like a customer there. I was treated like a sailor. Very efficient people. And with that something that's slowly disappearing in Croatia. Keep it up. As for the boat – note – the cabin with bunk beds is only for people under 175 cm tall. Everything else was fine. Cleanliness and condition of the boat. Sails in excellent condition.
The insurance terms and conditions were clear – only when I arrived did I learn that the deposit insurance doesn't cover blocked toilets, torn sails, lost dinghy, etc. It turns out it's worth leaving the deposit with the company and insuring yourself against "rented property" in Poland. At least you can be sure your own agent will handle everything properly. Because if something went wrong, I'd have to pay out of my own pocket, in addition to the lost euros. The information on the Boataround website is poor.
