Our charter experience with Yachting in Sardinia was unfortunately very poor due to the condition of the boat, ‘Morisia’. The vessel had significant equipment failures that impacted the safety and enjoyment of our trip. Key problems included: * Engine Charging System Failure: The main engine failed to charge the service batteries. This forced us to stay in marinas for shore power instead of anchoring as planned
 * Inoperative Core Equipment: The bow thruster, air-conditioning, watermaker, wind instruments, and cockpit VHF were all non-functional.
 * Other Major Issues: We also dealt with a faulty anchor swivel, a leak in the freshwater system, a partially working stove, and rigging that was not properly prepared for sailing.
We reported these issues at check-in and throughout the week. Staff promised repairs would be made, but no technicians ever arrived. We have since contacted the company for compensation, but have received no response. Due to the poor maintenance of the vessel and the lack of follow-up support, we cannot recommend chartering with Yachting in Sardinia.
Getting off early
Maybe that the boat and all its systems actually worked, been chartering for over 20 years and I run two charter companies in Miami, this was positively the worst experience
