Charter company communication, exceptional service, refueling and docking service at the peak of Friday! Continuous WhatsApp info and professional response when asked. The most organized and kindest charter company so far, keep it up!
There is something seriously wrong with the ship's sewage system, it is slowly draining and even then it is not working normally, this could ruin the trip!

Very friendly and professional service. Excellent managed via WhatsApp etc.
Our yacht was a bit "used" already and not that good equipped (basic), worn sails but overall in a good shape. So in the end all good and nothing special.

Good communication with the charter company. They set up a group on messenger for contact, the members of which are the ladies in the office, marinero, technical workers. We cleaned the yacht ourselves, it became fresh and nice. A plus is the help with leaving the marina and with mooring. This is important in very strong winds. The main engine looks very well-maintained and regularly serviced.
In some places in the cabins there was dust. In the toilets there was an unpleasant stale smell. It became pleasant when we cleaned ourselves. The sails were not set properly. The mainsail leech fluttered a lot in the wind. The batteries had to be charged very often. The tank fill indicators did not work properly. Air was leaking from the pontoon.
