The boat was spacious, we could comfortably fit seven people, the grill in the stern of the boat was great. The handover and receipt of the boat went smoothly. The helpfulness of the service staff was also adequate.
- we had a sail tear, the mainsail was already old, it was torn 2x50cm long next to the seam at the back edge, we immediately reported the problem to the service people (charter), who were helpful, since we were far away they couldn't repair it, but they wrote down where and what to buy in the marina we were going to (the charter company paid for it afterwards against an invoice) so we were able to repair the sail, which allowed us to sail the rest of the week in 20-25 knots of wind. Since the sail was old, they didn't deduct anything from the deposit. - air conditioning operation: here I would recommend installing an electric check valve in the cooling circuit, after every sailing (when the boat tilts) the cooling circuit of the air conditioning (specifically the seawater pump) will be airy and must be bled before use, which is not the most practical process.
