This boat is an absolute disaster, it has not been taken care for properly and even the charter company themselves admited this. After a day of failures, we realized together with base manager that we should get another boat. Charter company did their duties to provide a replacement, but with a lot of friction -- it turned out as if they were doing us a favor. While at the end we are settled on paper, we arent satisfied. Best charter companies are the ones which resolve issues smoothly and proactively and Jadranka failed in our case.
