I had to pay € 125,- for repair the waste tank, but the problem wasn't my crew, the crew before didn't inform when they checked out that the waste tank can't make empty.
The wind indicators were acting up most of the time. The genoa cannot be pulled in from the cockpit. You have to help it along in the foredeck. The genoa sheets urgently need replacing. It is also high time for a new toilet cover for the electric toilet. The bathing platform can only be fixed on one side. On the other side, the fixation is completely missing... The measuring displays for domestic water and diesel are too inaccurate.

The marina is very well located and well maintained. It’s next to the town centre so makes going out pleasurable. Boat was good overall. Well maintained
Marina staff - boat inspector was not particularly friendly and rushed through all the checks. The outboard engine reserved was not provided and we had difficulties with this throughout the trip. We had to have the main halyard line changed half way through the trip. The service staff were good at explaining how to change the engine fuse on the second day.

The insurance and accident coverage are terrible. I had to pay upfront for a fine (€300) and damages (€1600) for which we were not responsible (the boat ran aground) over 7 days. Two of these were lost and not reimbursed. The local agents were uncooperative and awful, and tried to pin all the blame on us. It's very unlikely I'll repeat this experience. Let me start by saying that we were two very calm couples in their seventies. I understand that accidents can happen, but the local staff was remarkably rude. If we hadn't paid upfront, they wouldn't have let us continue on another boat with a different skipper.

The ship was almost new, clean, nothing was missing on it. Towels and clean liners for the entire crew were also prepared. Taking over as well as handing over the ship went very quickly without any problems. Hanse had a self tacking jib we had on the yacht for the first time. Turning with it was much easier.
The only problem with the ship was a broken stopper or an already torn rope for the mainsail holyard. We found out until the second day after the swim. It could not be fixed during the cruise, we had to improvise. We don't know if Chartovka knew but didn't solve it or the crew in front of us didn't let them know. But such things belong to yachting, so we didn't deal with it much. Otherwise we have nothing to complain about.
