-Check in was unorganized, Technician didn't know the boat. We went on a fairly long hunt for all the breakers -Several minor damages, too much for one year old boat (sea fence, hatches, thermostat in fridge, improvised pulley for heavy bathing platform!, drawers) -Beware of the "Hanse-Fuse": A separate automatic fuse that flipped without any reason on several occasions during the trip. It only secures some of the consumers like chart plotter, cabin light and toilettes. Very unpleasant!!! -Motor of anchor winch broke midweek. Regular lifting of 30m chain while doing 1500rpm in neutral for charging. Breaker didn't trip. Lifting by hand was necessary. Charter company didn't offer any additional help. -Marina facilities are getting old.

The marina is a disaster: long distances without a catamaran, annoyed employees who snap at you if you take a car, not enough carts. The employees at First Class Sailing are just bad: no support when docking, no moorings. All in all, absolutely inadequate and abysmal! The agreement with Boataround and the charter company were not identical. The agreed handover with Boataround at 3 p.m. was not coordinated with the charter company. Collection was only possible from 4 p.m. There was no support here either!
