Boat was new and clean. Remote Technical support was excellent during the trip. Easy check in and check out.
I requested the Owner’s Manual or a PDF copy but it was not available. It should be provided as standard in my opinion. I requested the gennaker as an option for 350€ but the tack line not provided and the sail was not prepared for immediate use. There was no sock or furler and this was known. I did not use at the end as I was not comfortable. This option should not be offered as is.
Electric winches should be standard on this class of boat. The two (and only) refrigerator compartments for food and drinks are not ideal. It was the 3-cabin version... 2 bathrooms were great, but the 3rd bathroom is extremely small and hardly usable.

Boat was excellent and service from the yacht company was excellent. They were very flexible to our travel schedule and ensured our extras (standup paddle board, ice maker, etc) were all prepared. We loved the "owner" layout of this boat with the large bedroom in the bow. Overall an amazing boat for a charter.
We hired a skipper though the yacht company, and although he was competent at captaining the vessel, he was not as professional or as good at communication as we had hoped, which took away from our trip.

MK Yacht Explorer is one of the best charter companies I've ever encountered. It's extremely well organized. The two ladies are incredibly friendly. They speak excellent German, and the technician is available at all times. Our boat was super clean and in wonderful condition. Everything worked. The towels and bedspreads are branded. The details are lovingly crafted. And there are plenty of lines available. The dinghy motor worked perfectly. I'm truly impressed and can highly recommend booking the boat and using the charter company. It was worth every euro. Thanks to the team.
