The yacht was spotless and amazing. The skipper took us to some amazing places and we've had a wonderful experience.
The package offered by the charter (more towels, some basic necessities (or at least a good list of what is included and what not (e.g. is there a coffee machine on board, and which type, so that you can shop accordingly). The pre-trip experience was bad, my emails with questions were answered super late, so didn't get to exchange with the skipper which would have enhanced our experience and planning of the trip. Also there are a lot of hidden costs: mooring fees, tips/"reservation fees",... which we were not aware of before. Better communication about this would have help to prepare better (i.e. get some cash in time!)
