Check-in and Check-out were smooth, even when there were multiple things not operational or damaged on the boat. Charter and their staff were communicating with us, trying to resolve the issues. They were super friendly.
- navigation instruments were showing only AWS (the same value for TWS), were not properly calibrated - We had a problem with the anchor light, and the spare part was not available - Anchor buttons were reversed, the chain length counter wasn't working, when pulling the chain, it stops about every meter with an error, and needs to be confirmed - The description that it includes "heating" is not detailed enough - it is heating via AC only in the kitchen. - We had a problem with hot water, it was heating a bit when we were motoring, but was not working on Generator - Mainsail cannot be hoisted at complete top Even when multiple things can be fixed, we spent nice time on sails. Booking through Boataround worked very well.
"Tom & Jerry" is showing its age. The shower pump in one of the toilets was broken. The water stood in the shower for a week - disgusting The line for reef 2 was too short, which meant the mainsail could not be fully hoisted. The instruments are not calibrated and displayed different values (depth, TWS, TWA, SOG, COG). The autopilot did not work and we had to calibrate it. After that, it was usable. What was particularly annoying and problematic was that the anchor light did not work. The technical service is easy to reach and responds quickly, but unfortunately did not have a spare part available. We had to use the navigation lights to be visible. If MasterYachting can fix the problems, it will be an older but still good catamaran that will make for a great vacation.
