Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
I would have liked the boat to be in working order. We came on and the freezer was not cold. We were told that it would be cold by the time we left the dock. It was NOT. The stovetop had only one working burner. We called for assistance on day two,  and the burner issue was resolved but the freezer was not. We lost some food because we had no freezer, and we could not prepare some meals because of the lost food. I will say that when we called about our issues, Navigare worked with us to get someone out to take a look quickly. The other issue we had was that the boat did not have a broom. There was a dustpan, but I had to get down on my hands and knees to clean the floor when it got dirty.

The welcome from Navigare yachting was a much, much better experience from what I have encountered in the past with other charter companies. Patrice, Theresa, and Avril were very welcoming and helpful. Booking through boat around was very easy.
Not all of our guests sign in was received by the charter company. They also did not have a paddle board (listed as included on boat around) for boats under 50 feet. That was a disappointment.
