The boat was not cleaned properly at handover and missing some essential safety equipment such as tools and other necessary safety equipment. The block with cam cleat for the gangway was damaged and we could not hold properly and was dangerous when deployed. The dingey engine had contaminated fuel and did not work the whole trip, we were asked to bleed the carburetor but did not work and then to drain the fuel but there was no tools to do so. also the dingey was worn out and was very dirty, it was sticky when you sit on it. The hatches curtains were damaged and when try to open or close the dirt was falling on the beds in all the cabins. All those items could have been fixed before the handover with proper Maintenace. The charter company mentioned that we will be on our own and they will not support in case of any problem with the boat as we wanted to sail in Cyclades, the weather conditions were good for the week.
Everything was ok.

What we liked: The condition of the catamaran is very good and the equipment is excellent, although there are some small, negligible defects due to the charter (minor hull damage, leaky windows). Personal check-in (Odysseus) and check-out are exemplary, but the online check-in list is in need of improvement (frequent reset to the start page, items missing or not available on the boat). It seems like an attempt has been made to switch to electronic with insufficient data maintenance.
Can be improved: Marina sanitary facilities need a lot of improvement (number, condition, hot water, temporarily completely closed off). The charter company should refrain from interfering with the trip planning ('makes no sense going to Corinth') as well as the imposed ban on night navigation (was 'sold' as 'law in Greece'!) The online check-in procedure (checklist). The usual support (Georgeos) when returning to the marina mutated into usurping the ship's command, which unfortunately confirmed the first impression at the start of the week. A skipper's CV was requested and a personal 'appearance' before the charter company's CEO Georgeos was necessary. They seem to run a strict regime, which is also reflected in the expression on the employees' faces. If you can live with it, everything is fine, technically it's fine.

The charter crew was very friendly. Many thanks especially to Odysseus, who was very kind and helpful and could be reached basically 24/7 in caso of troubles.
The overall shape of the boat was not great, which however was not the main issue. The night we boarded the boat, the cabins smelled like poo, which luckily got better throughout the next 2 days. Upon return to the harbor, the fuel tanks were topped up by the charter company's personnel. Little later, the cabins were filled with such an intense smell of gasoline that it was impossible to stay and sleep inside. Eventually, we had to move with our bedsheets and everything at the middle of the night onto a different boat which was still trashed by the previous renters and had not yet been cleaned - including the beds. Regardless of the troubles and us not being able to use the cabins we booked for 2 out of 5 nights, the charterer offered nothing in compensation but 100€ - about 1/52 of what we paid for rent.
The skipper was excellent. Nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Very good skipper and great person!
The boat. For the price paid I expect a boat in at least good condition. A lot of small defects and even an outside matress missing… can’t happen!
We ate at the Greek restaurant. The sailing area was also OK. The anchor light on the Lagoon 42 was broken.
The boss of the carrier company was very unfriendly in the office when we took delivery. However, everything was fine when we picked up the Lagoon 42 (it was a company employee). When we returned it, everything was fine as well. The boss was very irritable. He didn't speak very well to his employees either. He seemed a bit overwhelmed.
