Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the marina, the boat we originally booked turned out to not be available but we were provided with a slightly newer boat of the same specifications and size so this was great. The charter staff were really helpful with the orientation
The customs process was very slow at collection, the boat itself had a few battery issues possibly a short circuit somewhere in the system that meant we had a couple of issues with power and the generator not working. The communication from the charter company could have been better before we arrived as they said in hindsight we could have stayed onboard on the friday night before collection.
