Love sailing the Virgins. Great crew.
The yacht was supposed to be a 2023 boat - it was a 2022 boat. Repairs had to be made before we could leave the dock, including door latch (missing), stove/oven not functional. Jib sheets frayed. Heads stink and one was very slow flusing from beginning and then blocked; blockage relieved by heavy seas, but still barely flushed. No support service available in u.s.v.i. which we were not told in conversations with Moorings when specifically discussing any impediment to taking the yacht from BVI to USVI. Ordered beverages well in advance, but not delivered to the boat (lost the order) and then next day did not have water to deliver. We were not allowed on the boat for over an hour after our appointed time. The technicians and management personnel at Moorings/Sunsail were very pleasant and tried to assist; the desk personnel were somewhat indifferent.
