Very Easy pick up and return process. The Marina di Stabia is a modern marina with basic facilities for yachties. The boat, although 5 years old was in good condition and sailed well. It came with a large tender which was useful getting into harbours on the Amalfi Coast as there are very few Marinas around. The charter agents were very fair in the fee I had to pay for the repair of the dinghy after some minor damage.
The yacht Lollo 3 could be improved with more cushions for the foredeck and cockpit roof. Perhaps a couple of bean bags for the foredeck. It would be useful if you offered the option of a gennaker as the winds were mostly fairly light in the week we had the yacht. It would be better if there was a "welcome pack" included by the charter company with essentials like toilet roll, dishcloth, sponge, washing up liquid, tea towel x 2, Bottle of water.

The upper deck of the sailing boat itself was in good conditions and had good sailing qualities
One toilet was not working the whole time. From the charterer base in Lefkas I would like to see some more collaboration. They seem to try to blame the customer for every damage (e.g. the toilet). Another example is that they charged us another €20 just because 10 litres of gas were missing. This is in no relation to the overall price we paid for the yacht and I think this damages the overall customer experience.
