The handover went smoothly, and the briefing by the crew member was very pleasant. The boat was in good condition considering its age.
On many boats, including our Nimbus, boarding was difficult. The dock was about 70 to 80 cm higher than the bathing platform, so you either had to sit down and step over or jump down. Since our four-legged friend, who weighs 50 kg, was also coming along, and the height difference was too high even with a dog ramp, we couldn't start our one-week boat tour and had to return home. The charter fee was, of course, retained. However, I would have liked a refund for the €40 parking fee and the €70 I had already paid for the dog, since we had to leave without having accomplished anything and didn't even start the boat.
