The Rollyboot is a fantastic houseboat – very thoughtfully designed and easy to handle. Hans from River-Holidays provided us with excellent support with his friendly and helpful manner, making our houseboat trip a wonderful experience. Thanks again for that! Furthermore, the friendly and competent customer service team at Boataround was able to answer all our questions before the trip.

The synchronization between the booking systems of Boataround and River-Holidays isn't working perfectly. Information regarding payment, the number of passengers, and booked extras such as bed linen or towels wasn't being transferred correctly. However, the Boataround service team and the River-Holidays team were able to resolve everything.
