The crew was efficient and professional but friendly and inviting at the same time. i would love to see them the next time.
I think the charter company should reach out to the guest with a Confirmed and Paid for reservation a couple days before the date of the charter. If I had not called the day before to confirm things it would have been a disaster. I am most appreciative the gentleman i spoke to who made it happen on short notice.. Apparently one attempt was made to contact me 1 month before my arrival . They thought we were not coming since i had not responded ( i did not see the correspondence ) . Everyone in my party of 12 was looking forward to this experience. Thank God it turned out to be an incredible experience .
