We had a very poor experience with this charter company and would highly not recommend. • We had to beg to even receive an itinerary, and there was no flexibility on it. • Staff were not reachable, did not speak English, and I had to ask boat around just to get information. • The “7 full days” advertised is misleading: you can only board Sunday at 10 pm and must return the following Sunday at 2 pm. • The skipper was unpleasant, unfriendly, and showed visible signs of irritation whenever we asked questions about the itinerary, stops, or where we would sleep. He even refused when we asked to go to specific places and asked us not to play any light music outside after 9 pm when he went to bed. • Overall, the service was not client-centric, with zero flexibility and no effort to make the experience enjoyable. For the price and expectations, this was extremely disappointing.
